Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do!

When will my package be shipped?

It takes 5 to 7 days to prepare and ship your order.

How long should I wait for my package?

Mexico: 10 - 20 days

United States: 10 - 30 days

International: 20 - 60 days.

Your package may arrive faster or slower, depending on the season of the year.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes we always do! We want you to feel safe and confident that your package is on its way and so you can track it through your local postal service website.

Why does the tracking service say it was already delivered and/or have different dates?

Sometimes tracking numbers are recycled , so please don't panic if this is your case. As soon as the package enters your country it will appear updated in the platform.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I return an item if I didn't like it or didn't fit me?

As we are a very small brand, we do not accept returns for the moment. So please check sizing guides and description before making the purchase.

Can I exchange an item?

In case your products came with flaws, broken or damaged please message me at creamymx@gmail.com with photos of the products, I'd be happy to replace your item.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only when it is still in processing status.

I want a refund.

We do not make refunds unless there is a specific issue, please send an email to creamymx@gmail.com for more details.

In case your product has arrived with defects, broken or destroyed please send a message to creamymx@gmail.com with photos of the product, I will be happy to send you a replacement.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only while it is still in process, normally within the first two days of your purchase.
